Rates and terms

Rates :

The rates shown below are PER NIGHT so you can arrive and leave on the weekday of your choice. (Airfares in particular are often much cheaper mid-week. )

All linen, including pool towels, and utilities are included.

The minimum stay is 3 nights.

Payment Terms :

• 25% deposit on booking.
• final 75% due 1 month before your holiday, together with a security deposit of 100 Euros (normally returnable within 15 days of your stay).

Terms of cancellation :

If we can obtain an alternative booking following a cancellation, we will refund any payments made in EUROS and LESS our bank charges. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

Filling in this form does not commit you to a booking or a payment. You will receive confirmation by e-mail of availability and the rate applicable. (If you prefer to enquire by phone, please ring +33 563 95 82 34 and ask for Claire.) If you then wish to make a firm booking, you may go ahead and pay your 25% deposit (see Step 2). If not, you will not hear from us further.

Paying by credit card on line is free If your credit card account is in a currency other than €, you will be able to check the exact amount you will be debited in your local currency before confirming the payment. When you hit the button below you will be taken to our secure page on PayPal to enter your Credit / Debit card details.

Paying by credit card is free, but if you are unable to do so please enquire here for alternative possibilities.

What next?

You will receive a Booking Confirmation by e-mail (or post if you prefer), together with confirmation of the date at which the balance of your rental and security deposit are payable. It’s as simple as that!
